Overall the session was very informative and engaging. It gave a clear understanding of the role of a support worker in schools and colleges. The tutor explained everything clearly, and the activities helped build confidence and understanding.

Overall the course has been great think there needs better communication at the beginning due to lack of knowing dates, times and when it finishes as got told different timings and also that we wasn’t aware 3 misses is a dissmisal but overall Usma has been a great tutor and explained really well throughout

I enjoyed my course very much I met new people and learnt alot about supporting work in schools and colleges my tutor liz and leeanne was both amazing and very helpful!

A fantastic course with lots of information to learn. Adam is a brilliant teacher and takes time to help you out if not understanding what the questions mean. Unfortunately we didn't get to stay in the classroom we officially started in and got put in a huge room down in the basement and it was freezing but Adam tried his best to get it warm by using portable heaters. He wasn't able to use his laptop properly with the big board to broadcast off aswell as we didn't have that in the basement. Hopefully on the next course we will be in the classroom and Adam can use his full resources. Although this was the case during this course Adam was still able to adapt and taught us all well.

Adam was an excellent tutor and made all of the learning seem easy to understand. He was patient and approachable at all times.

Brilliant course loved every session Adam done as much as he could with the situation we had being moved from a class room with a board and projector to a hall with nothing he explained everything in detail made sure we was all ok and understood was there if ever stuck or needed help couldn’t fault Adam and exited to start my next course SEND

So glad I joined the course, couldn’t thank Adam enough for all the time and effort he put into helping me achieve my qualification
