It was enjoyable.

An excellent opportunity to liaise with other leaders and to share best practice and ideas around leadership.

Trainer (Sarah) was very informative and free flowing. Asking if we had questions along the way, but also took questions throughout at no trouble. Very knowledgeable around the course and subjects,

Very reassuring in terms of the first workshop.

Personally, I found the talk from Emma quite challenging. I completely understand the importance of all the points being delivered. However just in real world environment and lots of stresses and spinning plates a lot of what was being discussed is very difficult to prioritise

Interesting topic, but difficult time at work so subject maybe not the best!

I find the days on line difficult in all honesty, I'd much rather be able to do them in the room in person and sometimes the break out rooms feel a bit unnecessary with such a small cohort of people.
