The trainer delivered the course really well and I was engaged from start to finish. He was knowledgeable and I felt his examples were really good alongside the slides at embedding some of the learning.

The workshop was engaging and thought-provoking. The balance between presenting strategic frameworks and allowing for group discussion made the complex topic of organizational culture and strategy much more accessible. I feel more confident in identifying the "risk of inaction" regarding shifting market demographics.
