The course went really well I enjoyed learning new stuff the tutor knew what she is doing she was good at it. I’m satisfied with the course.
Very good delivery and very productive learning environment. Instructor's were very helpful and provided lots of support and guidance.
Learnt a lot on how to self manage and gain confidence in the future.
This unit was about self management, work policies and how you interact with colleagues and customers, positive attitudes and behaviours, working as a team and I can confidently say I have gained a positive knowledge about everything on this unit and how to apply them in real life situations in any role or workplace and my personal life.
Course was excellent, Gail was excellent and the material was excellent. The content was very engaging and educational.
It was a good session to attend. I had lots of learning from it.
The session was very useful and easy to understand. The trainer explained everything clearly and made the session interesting. I feel more confident about workplace behavior and teamwork.
I am very satisfied with the course and I hope to use what I have learned from the course into searching for a job soon. I also hope to return again to learn more from other courses that are available in Realise.
It would be better if a venue had free snacks definitely cakes and bakery snacks.
