Very challenging day but highly focussed and with content / techniques that you will not forget. Although our course was crisis management focussed many of the tools and techniques will apply across other business situations.

A very good course to increase your confidence in crisis media training

Very enjoyable but scary at times but reassuring to have an insight into what to do when interviewed.

Pushes you out of your comfort zone, teaches you how to stay on message and get your story out.

Well worth attending to refine messaging, especially as this skill can be transferred from working with the media to client presentations and pitches wtc
