I was initially dreading it but it was actually very interesting. All content was relevant to CSI with case studies. Lecturer was knowledgeable, but also had humour which made it interesting and engaging. Would definitely recommend.

I am 52 and ex-military, so you can imagine I have attended countless training courses in my career. This was, without a doubt, the best days training I have ever experienced. It was engaging, interactive, relevant, informative and enjoyable. I cannot recommend this highly enough. Many thanks to Rob.

Rob was fantastic - his delivery was spot on. I could have easily had another day with him to answer questions that came from the ‘cross-examinations’.

I initially thought the training would be about our MG22's and how better to prepare those for court, but the tips and tricks of Barristers and being cross examined was really useful.

Kelly was an excellent teacher. She was friendly and made all of us feel very relaxed. The course was tailored to our specific roles and Kelly had clearly done her research into our codes of practice and ISO compliancy. The cross examination, whilst scary and nerve wracking, became a fun exercise whilst maintaining the importance of behaving and answering questions correctly. We were never criticised but given points to prove upon.
