Thought it was very interactive, plenty of discussions which I found beneficial, lots of anecdotes which always make an input better. Found it very informative and helpful.

I really enjoyed the course they were lots of interesting stories. I suppose the only thing I was hoping for that wasn't in the course was information on how to answer questions around UKAS technical procedures and Work Instructions. This is a particular concerning area where our work / onowledge could be questioned or attacked

Rhoda was a brilliant trainer and was very helpful with her advice for court. She used real life case studies which was useful and interesting.
