Wonderful thank you! Opened eyes to new tools for my training “tool box” exercises hard to watch! - but really benificial

I’ve had two great days on the Train the Trainer course. Laura is an incredible trainer and has a great skill in being able to build rapport with her group very quickly. Laura’s positivity easily transcends on to you and her energy really does make you feel more comfortable. It was great to listen to Laura talk about her experience but also what was great is that, she teaches in a way where it is simple to remember the content. I am someone who would describe themselves as a people person, but the thought of presenting to a group of people before doing this course really did frighten me a little. Laura and the group really did help my confidence in the fact that I am doing a lot right, but they also helped me with some really insightful techniques to help make my future sessions more engaging. I will be taking so much of what I have learnt going forward and will always reflect on the information that I have learnt over the last couple of days. I couldn’t recommend this course enough as it really does cater to anyone and will help refine or grow your skills. Thanks, Callum!

Course was great and perfect timing for our team. Gave us some really useful things to go away and think about. Was definitely a benefit having multiple members of the team on the course at the same time and the trainer allowed us time to discuss personal work objectives and how it applied to our role perfectly.

Great content and Laura was great in bringing it to life in a relatable, non-judgmental way (and Simon was great too - we didn’t feel any judgement from him either joining halfway through). I feel much more confident in creating and delivering presentations now!

Feel a lot more confident about training in general as well as how to start with an impact and make a well rounded session. Being filmed wasn’t as bad after the initial Go and was helpful to see different scenarios and being able to practice
