Darren was excellent over the two days. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He made what I thought would be a difficult matter really fun and engaging and an overall positive experience. I would highly recommend doing this course with Darren.

I think the course was delivered very well and was able to hit three very different types of training for the three delegates, was constantly forcing us to think critically about our training styles. Only thing that I did not take away from this was tips on how to deliver remote training but Laura has said that she will share some helpful slides so that will be a great help
