I was unsure what was involved in the course and was nervous when informed i had to give a 5 min presentation. Dan was very good in explaining everything and putting you at ease. Everything he discussed he made clear with a sense of humour. I was 100% more confident when i left the course as to when i began the course and this was all due to the way Dan presented the course.

It was a really engaging and conversational experience. It was clear that the trainer adapted content based on our work backgrounds and particular needs. Time was taken to address our questions at each stage and to allow us to share our own expertise and experiences along the way.
