All the topics that were taught during the training were useful and relevant. Elizabeth's understanding of the std was obvious & her approach to auditing was simplified. Our group's understanding evolved during the couple of days, there was definitely a feeling of togetherness as confidence grew. I put this down to the way she allowed the teams to bond during exercises.
The tutor (Elizabeth) executed the course seamlessly, the entire experience was great and I would definitely recommend the course to anyone interested in auditing or ISO 9001:2015

It was a very useful course. Our trainer, Elizabeth, is clearly an expert on ISO 9001 and she was able to explain it very well. She is an excellent trainer. I found the pace a little fast at times but overall it was fine.
