Train the Trainer - via Zoom Reviews

Very well presented course. I feel the audience engagement in this course is brilliant. The role play in particular, really pushes people out of their comfort zones. Some of the course material (knowledge test in particular) was a bit tricky to complete, felt the formatting to answer questions more time consuming than answering the questions themselves! Also, with the majority of the participants mostly using Teams, would have preferred this to be the option when invites were sent as oppose to Zoom. Overall, a really good course! Thank you.

Dan was great at getting everyone involved and giving every individual one on one feedback whilst checking in with the group regularly. I've learnt lots of really useful tools and I know that the anicdotes used through the 2 day course will really stick.

Good course, gave me a good foundation to base my future "in session" work on. Helpful tools to help build and construct sessions as well as practical and demonstrated, in the session on the group, assessment and measuring tools. Would appreciate more information on post session "final assessment " type tools and approaches. Dan was great to talk to and very encouraging.

Kirsty was an excellent tutor. Felt really comfortable during the course and there was a good mix of learning/activities/discussion. Learnt a lot!

Enjoyed that it was a smaller group. Very engaging and has helped a lot to improve understanding and structure of training. Has met all expectations and objectives.

A very good course that met my needs. My only suggestion would be that we receive the slides ahead of time. Very interesting two days which has provided many interesting theories to implement
