Oracy for Learning

Description

How do we get all of our students to improve their oracy skills? And how can we use these strategies to improve learning?

In this workshop, we will explore Oracy, and how speaking and listening can strengthen the teaching and learning of our formal curriculum. This will include strategies such as Cold-Calling, choral response, and many more.

As a result, students will be better orators, as well as having the techniques and the confidence needed to apply this on a daily basis in the classroom.
