3 Hour Basic Skills Update

Trainer was fantastic and very engaging. For being her first training course with greencross, you never would have guessed! The update covered all the important key skills and the trainer helpfully answered any other First Aid questions/reminders that were asked and were not part of this particular update course.

Apart from the hiccup with the first session, the second session was much better and the staff appreciated the extra time to learn and absorb the material. Overall the customer service (especially since there were concerns from the first round) was very good, and the situation was handled very well.
