Great course - really enjoyed that this wasn't just a like for like refresher going over the same content. Loved hearing everyones experiences and was good to be within a supportive group that were able to share best practice and offer practical advice and ideas.

Sharon was a great Trainer. She made space for us all to share our experience. The training was very inforormative. Good breaks throughout and a lot of engagements.
