The training was good and we learn everything so easily
It's really help to work with challenging behaviour.
The course was excellent and very informative. Ian was a great trainer who explained everything clearly and made the training engaging and easy to understand. I found the practical examples particularly useful and feel much more confident in applying what I’ve learned. Thank you for a really enjoyable and valuable training session.

Very good course, informative and gained a lot of knowledge. John was a very good trainer with a lot of experience and knowledge but also knows how to pass this onto the students.
