The training on tracking positive behaviour and Breakaway Training was very informative and valuable. I particularly appreciated learning practical strategies for recognising, recording and promoting positive behaviour in a clear and consistent way. The Breakaway Training was also helpful in developing my understanding of how to respond safely and appropriately when a situation becomes challenging. The practical guidance increased my confidence in using de-escalation techniques, maintaining professional boundaries and prioritising the safety and dignity of everyone involved.
