The course was well delivered by Maxine. She was approachable and friendly. She allowed plenty of time for questions and feedback. She utilised different approaches to learning. Maxine's presentation skill was excellent and the material was very interesting and kept my attention. There was opportunity to work with the other participants in the breakout room. Maxine demonstrated good knowledge of her subject area. I enjoyed the two days and feel more confident in delivering training in my place of work.
