The course was very informative and it was great to learn new methods and techniques.
Learning in an interactive way. Tutor was very clear and supportive.
Trainer was very good and approachable. Occasionally talked a bit quickly and skimmed over things so they weren’t quite clear but this is very minor criticism. She made the day very enjoyable and informative.
Very well explained and an excellent refresher
Very personable trainer, clear delivery of content, good practical experience using fire extinguishers. Thank you
Easy to follow. Timings were good. Balance of theory and practical good.
