Very informative and gave me lots of information.
Great two day course with fun and laughter thrown in the mix. Lots of information took on board and gained a lot of confidence.
Very good delivery of information in a easy way. Had to do the test by reading out questions and was fab at adapting to needs.
Kirsty was brilliant. There were a few issues at the end due to the new system with completing the exam but she dealt with it professionally and the course was thoroughly enjoyable. Thank you Kirsty !
