Will was absolutely fantastic. Thorough and clear in his delivery, and engaging too with lots of anecdotes and stories to bring our training to life. I have done 1-day first aid training before but this 3-day course has taught me so much more than those and helped me feel much more prepared and confident to use my skills in an emergency. Huge thanks to Will for making it so interactive and enjoyable!
Will was fantastic. He was very informative and made things extremely easy to understand and retain it. He’s also a really likeable guy so that makes things really pleasant.
