Carl Smith the trainer is amazing and learnt so much and refreshed my knowledge. Venue was poor with treatment of visitors. Refused a hot drink on arrival and after being delayed. Drinks were taken away mid day even though the course had another 4 hours to go. Staff not helpful or friendly.

Very effective course, learnt a lot of things I didn’t know before! All very helpful and now I feel a lot more confident if a fire were to happen.
Really enagaging -even though it was online which can sometimes be hard to stay engaged but not today!
