I thoroughly enjoyed the course. It has given me tools to manage and lead my team more effectively.

Some times the frequency was a bit much. There were several sessions where you have a lot of information but then suddenly we were onto the next session and not much chance in between sessions to digest the information. In our break out one of the person mentioned that there was a lot information to digest in the session and were struggling going into breakout sessions. They weren't understanding some of the concepts which meant were having difficulties with examples. The suggestion was some pre-reading which would provide examples or case studies that we could understand. Often I found it better when we were one big group and you were running through the role playing and directing the flow then being in the breakout groups because if we didn't grasp the concepts then we struggled in the groups.

Great sessions, getting a lot out of it and looking forward to putting into practice.

The program has helped me identify areas that I need to focus on and given me more confidence to have difficult conversations
