It was a fantastic pleasure learning about Immediate life support

The facilitator demonstrated great knowledge in ILS training and presentation. Guided us in our refresher training and has been a very good facilitator.

An enjoyable and effective training session. It was well delivered with clear objectives.

The instructor could have been more approachable, standing with folded arms is not the most welcoming. Also her responses sometimes came across a little condescending
