The venue the toilets are faraway from the training rooms.
Really enjoyed the day. In fact, today was probably the best one I've attended. The course material was delivered brilliantly, by Jane and Kim. Kim was being assessed herself today for IC, but this did not affect the way the course was delivered. Very well done. I'd like to say thank you....this has really boosted my confidence to deal with emergency and life threatening situations.
James was a fantastic trainer. Good knowledge, humour and included everyone
