Clear and well put over but I felt it was not situation specific for my role. Expecting the drivers and treatment centre staff to be the help when some are not physically able to be effective is unrealistic. Training should feel be done with the involvement of specific equipment availability provided day to day by PPG.
Very nice instructor. Encouraging and approachable. But would be good to have a Trust grab bag to hand so easier to apply to day to day life. Started late due to instructor not being able to park.
