The overhead projector was not working and it worked out better. This the best ILS training I had.
The training was super helpful and insightful. The trainers method of teaching was very good and so easy to follow!
I found both examiners Jess and Lucy to be very welcoming and made us feel comfortable and at ease, making us feel more confident, and very interesting, and easy to understand, I learnt more on this ILS course than I have on other years.
