Well delivered, felt comfortable and not too scary to do

Enhancements are needed in the coffee and refreshment offerings.

The venue could feel friendlier and as mentioned tea and coffee. The trainers were both great I had a really good day! Very important for my job role, so I feel more confident to do my job.
