Our trainer Lucy has explained everything about the course, she’s made sure that everyone in the session is participating well. We have learned a lot from her and she is really hands on with all the lessons she deliver. She made learning easier and lighter for everyone.
Lucy is very professional and knowledgeable. I love how she’s not putting pressure and letting us to think and decide that makes the discussion very effective. Because sometimes when the lecturer seems to be strict, we feel more afraid to answer instead of actually absorbing the learnings.
