Kevin was fully engaging from start to finish, taking time to get to know the group and their previous experience so he could support them best. There really was no silly questions - as a newly qualified and 1st time ILS participant I was nervous but I was put at ease. Really enjoyed the day.
Harris was very friendly, this course can be quite daunting but he made me feel at ease and we all worked well as a team.
