Probably the best trainer I have come across delivering an ILS course. I have been on many but the instructor was able to relay the information in a very informative but interesting manner. I was highly immersed in each training section of the day.
The instructors were simply very good in the way the course was delivered. They made it easy to understand and follow.
Very informative , interactive , and well explained. Haven’t done the course for a few years so was a good refresh of my knowledge and has encouraged me to do some extra reading.
