Very good, but would have found having the work book more beneficial prior yo attending

We were trained by Jess and David, rather than Jess and Alison.

Allison was off sick. Jess and a cover trainer completed the training. Jess was great! Very helpful training

David was present instead of Alison

David helped out as Allison was sick.

A really enjoyable course, covered choking and anaphalactic shock which has not been previously covered on similar courses
