Informed introducton to new defibrillators arriving on site. Good detailed demonstration of functions in a user friendly way.
Well taught, very knowledgeable instructors. Mainly used whiteboard which I preferred over presentation as it was more engaging.

Trainers are very knowledgeable and are able to pass on that knowledge to trainess without any difficulties. They are very enlightened and have the patience for all trainess when questions are being asked.
