All theoretical items are on an app. I prefer a book. Good mix of training exercises over the 3 days. Trainers knowledgeable and approachable and led the class well.
A lot of information to take in on 1 day, probably would be better if course information booklets were sent a week before the training to allow for revision.

Trainer was very good kept us engaged always helping when needed gave us time to process didnt rush us or force anything from us. Trainer-John Hannon
The course was interesting and useful. there was a lot to get through in 1 day and not a great deal of time for student questions and interaction.

Found the course challenging but also very interesting. Our trainer Nikki was excellent.

Explained well on topic and made me aware of safety and danger! Have had similar training before, but a very good refresher 👍🏻
