Ed was very informative but had a relaxed demeanour. He had a great way of explaining the course content in a way that was fully understandable to all attendees.

Course material was interesting and it was eye opening to see the scale of some of the consequences or what could have happened on some very near misses, stressing the importance of double checking all info. Also the instructor was very good
