Overall the course was informative and engaging Rhyan and Billy were a big help and created a good atmosphere in the course while giving us the information in a memorable manner. Will from national careers service gave me insight on how to improve my CV and showed me good tools to use.

It was very knowledgeable for me as I came here with no prior knowledge and so I’m happy with my knowledge of health and safety and regulations different type of deliveries and services. Also the actions to prevent hazards. Billy and Rhyan were great teachers and easy to talk to and made it an enjoyable experience

I appreciate the experience I gained during this course, and I appreciate my course trainers Billy Hedgley and Rhyan Sasbury for assisting and giving me support during the course.
