A good course well presented by Billy gave me a better understanding of LEAN and how it's implemented
Billy was fantastic and I can tell he really cared to help us gain employment and learn something from the course. I’m a visual learner and I found his teaching style very useful and he always gave examples to explain what he meant. He did a fabulous job!
I think the course has been fantastic and very knowledgeable and helpful! I also feel like everyone got along very well and worked great together, helping each other understand things better also.
Billy has helped me throughout the course such as in the lean practical he taught me how to hold the plug and have to hold it on the palm of your hand. He also helped me to learn the topics of lean and health and safety.
I am writing to provide enthusiastically positive feedback regarding the recent two-week training program focused on Health & Safety and Lean Management. The curriculum was robust and comprehensive, offering significant, actionable insights into both critical areas. While the material itself was excellent, the success of this program rests entirely on the shoulders of our instructor, Craig. Craig was, without exaggeration, an incredible tutor. His ability to present complex concepts in a clear, engaging, and relevant manner was truly exceptional. He was consistently supportive, highly professional, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. He created a learning environment that was both challenging and encouraging. If the evaluation scale permitted it, I would not hesitate to give Craig a 10-star rating for his dedication and expertise, far beyond the standard five stars. He is a truly outstanding facilitator who turned the training into a genuinely valuable and memorable experience.
I really enjoyed this course and learned a lot which will help me in the future. Craig was very helpful and informative with his teaching, i thought he was great.
Thus course has been one fantastic experience that I've never had, im not even joking, bully was absolutely fantastic at teaching us so many things and didn't even make it complicated as it was made very understandable and none stressful, I've learned so muxh from. Power, health and safety to sigma and management, environmental awareness plus so much more which included team building so thank you so much im walking out on here with my head on the ground because its that full of knowledge now I can't filt my head 😀.
