I think this course is really good and helps me with my confidence and qualifications
I’m very pleased with the help from Craig Hutchinson (tutor) who was very helpful and supportive . The team members also helped me to understand the process of making a cv more appropriate for the employer
Overall I was highly impressed with the course, I felt like my individual needs and the groups needs were met, everyone was interactive and felt like I belonged as part of the group, if I had the chance to extend the course I’d take it in a heart beat
I'm very happy to be apart of it really helps me to get confident and improve my English skills and write ✍️ skills
Left us too it and we was never interrupted

The staff did leave everyone alone while we attended the venue, were polite when spoken to. Jodie was very good and polite, interacted with all members very well and explained everything in great detail. Jodie is a brilliant tutor.
