Overall, the course was a great learning experience. I gained a solid understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures. The venue and equipment were good, though a bit more space and updated tools would make it even better. I feel more confident and prepared for work after completing the course.

Course was great and tutor was amazing, quite disappointing to spend all week doing practise tests for the final citb test on Friday, only to find out the test doesn’t take place till the next week. Moving rooms every other day wasn’t ideal and it just doesn’t really seem like the right venue to be learning construction.

I think that the course was pitched to a good standard and provided the correct amount of information and helped improved my knowledge and understanding about the course topics. I feel that the pace of the course could have been faster. But overall it was well detailed, and billy was a good trainer.

The team were very helpful Amy with supporting transport costs so that I could complete the course.Billy delivered the course professionally.

Overall i am satisfied with the course, as mentioned it has allowed me to gain satisfactory knowledge and steer headed me into a new career which is something i have been wanting to do for a while, especially coming from a different background career wise i was quite anxious weather i can excel and do well in the 2 weeks and not fail, but Rhyan made sure that all students had everything that they needed to do well. On top of that amy and will who came in helped alongside in preparation for future jobs. The only downside would be the location of the venue as it’s not central to Newcastle and some of the tools in the course, and classroom in the warehouse.
