Billy was a great trainer he was kind and made me feel comfortable , he gave useful information and taught me a lot of new things he was fantastic ! He was very clear and knew what he was talking about.
Billy has done very well on the course and has out a lot of effort into training us. He has taught me a lot about the job i had applied for and a variety of other jobs, and explained everything clearly and detailed.
The tutor, Billy, showed amazing leadership and tutoring skills. I feel like he has put in a lot of effort to make the course a gateway for everyone to find employment.

Billy was fantastic and I can tell he really cared to help us gain employment and learn something from the course. I’m a visual learner and I found his teaching style very useful and he always gave examples to explain what he meant. He did a fabulous job!
I think the course has been fantastic and very knowledgeable and helpful! I also feel like everyone got along very well and worked great together, helping each other understand things better also.
Billy has helped me throughout the course such as in the lean practical he taught me how to hold the plug and have to hold it on the palm of your hand. He also helped me to learn the topics of lean and health and safety.
I am writing to provide enthusiastically positive feedback regarding the recent two-week training program focused on Health & Safety and Lean Management. The curriculum was robust and comprehensive, offering significant, actionable insights into both critical areas. While the material itself was excellent, the success of this program rests entirely on the shoulders of our instructor, Craig. Craig was, without exaggeration, an incredible tutor. His ability to present complex concepts in a clear, engaging, and relevant manner was truly exceptional. He was consistently supportive, highly professional, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. He created a learning environment that was both challenging and encouraging. If the evaluation scale permitted it, I would not hesitate to give Craig a 10-star rating for his dedication and expertise, far beyond the standard five stars. He is a truly outstanding facilitator who turned the training into a genuinely valuable and memorable experience.
I feel very confident on this course with the team im working with aswel. Free hot drinks as doing this course helped a lot too. It’s a better opportunity to get a good career in the upcoming future.
