This the best course ever because I gained all of information.
It is a very good course the staff are really helpful and understand to the task in hand just wish there was more types of roof to involved as it’s not just tiles that people have to do solar pannels

The only issue we had was a one week delay mid course which was due to an ofsted inspection.
Billy helped me understand warehousing and storage a lot more than what I had known before, knowing the ins and outs of checking the stock, how the way we help customers affect the company.

Overall, the tutor has been very supportive throughout the course. He has always been helpful and willing to explain things clearly whenever support was needed. His guidance and encouragement helped me understand the tasks better and feel more confident in completing my work. He created a positive learning environment and was always approachable if I had questions. I appreciate the support and feedback he provided during the course.
