In overall everything was good, really friendly staff Jodie billy will and Aby. Everything really clear and nice teaching methods.
Jodie and billy were great and were very engaging.the course has set me up to gain employment.
Well presented course and good trainers
Billy and Jodie were great lecturers there presentation and support throughout the course was second to none . They help me with spelling mistakes and help me when I was struggling with topics and now I got great understanding. Will was àlso great he made me aware of what I should have in my cv. Overall Jodie, Billy and Will have made me feel more comfortable and more confident going into a work environment
I enjoyed the course but I don’t like to rush what I’m writing so I fully understand, when the slides were fast it was unhelpful . If more time was given would have been beneficial .

Billy did a great job, clear and knowledgeable. Friendly and always willing to help people even though he has a whole class to teach. Equipment was okay but not the best maybe an investment in better screen or projector. Facilities were average and fit for purpose good transport links, but the building it's self was often hard to get into due to having to contact the desk and be let in when at times it seemed to be unmanned. Perhaps provide people with an access code so you don't wait outside for 15 minutes
The course was really beneficial. I feel more confident about applying for jobs, and I feel more prepared in regards to my CV and how I present myself. The training venue could have been better. The room was prone to getting stuffy despite the open windows. Also, the projector and screen was awkward for the tutors to use, it would be better to have a large to TV.
