The trainer was absolutely fantastic. He was so patient and friendly with us and was clear when he was explaining. Thank you .

The trainer was really helpful. When I was struggling with certain aspects, he guided me through. He also made me feel very confident with my abilities to drive the new forklift. When he explained things, it was clear and simple to understand. He also has a very great attitude and he’s easy to work with.

Clear, concise and responding to questions. Giving good feedback on common lifts being done on normal operation. Slides could be refined.
