A really good and strong course, the trainer was spot on and it gave me a great introduction into TM. It would be great if it was a longer course and it could be more thorough

Gav was great in terms of delivering the information however I do feel this was alot to take in for just 2 days, I also think having little tests after each section might help as this type of learning style doesn't suit and meet everyone's needs. Overall did enjoy the course and found it very informative.
