They describe sessions as relaxed, interactive and engaging, with humour, real-life scenarios, discussion and practical exercises helping them apply learning confidently in traffic-management and workplace situations. Courses are well organised, professionally delivered and supported by clear communication and helpful facilities, although some content feels dated or information-heavy.
