Course was very well delivered and the trainers had a wealth of knowledge and experience that they were willing to share.
Very worthwhile, interesting course. It has made me feel more informed and confident about legal proceedings.
Very beneficial. I was not aware that we would have to talk through and defend the document that we submitted so I was not as prepared as I would like to have been however I could have missed that info on the correspondence prior to the training day.
Thank you for the training , really enjoyed it and will encourage the use of scenarios amongst staff in preparation for future court appearances. Any little bit of help to encourage staff ot feel some what at ease in those situations
Could we cover what happens when we are out in the public. What can happen that what we missed ght not be aware of.
