Very happy with it
I found the course highly beneficial. Our trainer Theresa was an extremely engaging and highly competent lady. Her enthusiasm shone through and she was so encouraging to all participants, conveying excellent advice and tips throughout the day. The preparation of the pre-coursework and subsequent cross examination by Theresa was highly valuable and I will feel confident representing my employer in Court in the future. Thank you, Theresa!

An excellent and informative course - very relevant and topical information
Excellent course Practical side tough (cross examination), but very useful learning tool
This is my second time to do such a course over my career, and both times have been extremely worthwhile. We will definitely take on information learned and use it in our day to day work. The report writing and courtroom skills sections are both extremely worthwhile and valuable to our profession.
