I felt the course was very much geared towards a face to face enforcement role. Not all confrontations are face to face so an extra stem could have been added where observations couldn't be met. I hate leaving on a negative note as i really did enjoy the course. Many thanks

Thoroughly enjoyed the session, wasn’t too long and wasn’t too short, perhaps some Mental Health Act Legislation could be included for any mental health staff attending however I still found the session very relevant and easily understood

As unlikely as it seems, I would like more role play particularly in dealing with the different styles of cross examination, so that I would have experience in dealing with each of the tactics.

Most public servant officials should carry out this course. Quite exemplary. Should be carried out in a courthouse for good effect.
