Fun and informative course, enjoyed role play.
The in-person day of training was stressful but really interesting and informative. It gave us lots of things to improve on and has built up our confidence in relation to dealing with hearings in the future.
Very helpful. Covered a wide range and the role play was invaluable.
Great range of info, did a great job of referring it to his audience in OT/SW/SLT/PT etc. Great to establish what people wanted from the course so he was able to facilitate for needs.
The cross examination and the follow up video look back was tough to watch at the time but so constructive.
Very interesting course and definitely applicable to my current role.
