I would like to see this course extended into a 2 day delivery. With the 2nd day being one where practical experience is an option with role related exercises and hands on feedback from trainers. However information provided on the day was excellent.

This course is so worthwhile for any officers dealing with audit & investigations in Revenue. It gives a clear insight of what is expected of you if you have to attend court.

Venue and food was great. 9.15 start was a bit too early if using public transport. Three of the speakers were good and content relevant for audience e.g. Judicial review, process of investigations, regulations. While Ivan Yates talk was entertaining I didn't see the relevance. The A1 presentation was too detailed and speakers voice was hard to hear on occasions despite having an interest in topic i switched off because it was boring.
